INSADONG

Insadong is a dong, or neighborhood of the Jongno-gu district of Seoul. The main street is Insadong-gil, which is connected to a multitude of alleys that lead deeper into the district. At one time it was the largest market for antiques and artworks in Korea.

I found lots of things to buy for myself and for friends back home.  I'm definitely going to have to return however, and buy some more things I saw.

While trying to find Insadong-gil, I wandered into an old neighborhood with some wonderful doors!
