Friday night Martin, Mee Hyang (new volunteer from Belgium) and I went out to dinner. We had some really good Bulgogi! Oh and we also tried "Soju" - a Korean drink that has about the same alcohol content as wine, and taste like weak vodka....it's interesting.
After dinner, we decided to find a "Noraebang" - or singing room; otherwise known as "karoake." It's VERY popular in Korea, and other Asian countries. You rent a room by the hour, and they have lights and a sound system, and you pick songs from a catalog and sing along....it was pretty fun! especially since we all liked the same music!
