ME & SOO HEE

Tuesday was a nice warm day, but with it...came humidity! The best place to be? out on Molly's porch talking with Soo Hee.  She taught me a new word today...  스 커 트 "seu-koh-teu" which means "skirt."

She was wearing a skirt, and I pointed to it and said, "eeh-pooh-dah" - pretty.  She then called it a

"seu-koh-teu" so I pointed to it and repeated the name - she said I was right.  Then I looked it up in my Korean-English dictionary and low and behold...there it was!  Soo-Hee is a great teacher that way.  She speaks slowly and simple, so you can often learn Korean words from her! Which is only ONE of the reasons why I love talking with Soo-Hee.
