HANGUL CLASS

Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon Martin, Amanda and I have Hangul class.  We are learning a lot from Mr. Moon.  He is very patient with us, because learning Korean isn't easy.

So far, we have learned....

The consanants:
The vowels:
The double consanants:
The double vowels (diphthongs):

We can count to 10 in two different ways...don't even get me started on Korean counting.  There's numbers 1 - 10, and then there's numbers when you're counting "things."  And when you're counting "things" you use a special ending for 1 - 4, after that there is no special ending for 5 - 10.

Needless to say, we all bought MORE flash cards yesterday at E*Mart!
Bottom line - we can now read Korean, but have NO IDEA what we're reading?!
