SAD TIME AT ILSAN

Last night Ga-Hyun was taken to the hospital.  Molly thought maybe she was going to be able to die peacefully in her house, but Ga-Hyun became very uncomfortable; and her blood pressure went very low.  Molly doesn't like to take residents to the local hospital, because they really don't understand DNR requests here in Korea.  But when residents are in pain, or uncomfortable (the terminally ill); she will take them to the hospital. Molly doesn't want extraodinary measures taken, she believes when they're called home, they should be able to go to God.

It was a somber day here, knowing that Ga-Hyun isn't coming back.  They gathered her things and took them away.  Her bed sits empty now, with no trace she was there just yesterday.  It was a quick transition in the house...to show life goes on I suppose.

Go to God Ga-Hyun, you've suffered enough...go and play and laugh and be happy! May God touch you with His loving hand and draw you close to Him, so you can hear Him say, "welcome home."
